Falls short of Miele's usual service
Whilst it states that this is an EU plug I was disappointed that you cannot obtain a UK 3 pin replacement. I think this is an oversight by Miele who are usually excellent at customer service. As a minimum they should supply an adapter with the unit. It seems odd that I would recommend the product whilst unhappy with it however this appears to be the only option available.
