Job descriptiom

  • Elaboration and implementation of sales strategies and annual budgets;
  • Take joint ownership and responsibility, with the Managing Director, for maximizing sales opportunities within all channels;
  • Drive the business with the relevant National Key Accounts;
  • Steer, coordinate and management of Shop in Shop assistants team;
  • Work closely with Sales Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets.

 

Profile

  • University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Management / Sales

  • 5+ years business experience as Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager and experience in Key Account Management

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Performance / results driven attitude, open to change and act as advocate for the ‘new’, creative and collaborative mindset

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
