Elaboration and implementation of sales strategies and annual budgets;
Take joint ownership and responsibility, with the Managing Director, for maximizing sales opportunities within all channels;
Drive the business with the relevant National Key Accounts;
Steer, coordinate and management of Shop in Shop assistants team;
Work closely with Sales Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets.
Profile
University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Management / Sales
5+ years business experience as Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager and experience in Key Account Management
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Performance / results driven attitude, open to change and act as advocate for the ‘new’, creative and collaborative mindset
Excellent written and oral communication in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
